GOLDEN LATTE PANCAKES

Creamy & warm golden milk pancakes, vanilla coconut yogurt and fresh tangy raspberries, a trio a little bit too perfect. This breakfast, snack or desert is light, creamy, warm and to die for! It is vegan, gluten free and made with whole foods. To add a medicinal element we used our Golden Milk powder to add a whole ton of health benefits. We hope you enjoy this absolute deliciousness. 

 

𝙑𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙣 - 𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙨𝙪𝙜𝙖𝙧 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙚 - 𝙂𝙁 𝙤𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 

servings: 2-4  prep time: 20 MINUTES cook time: 10 MINUTES

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup flour of choice (I used spelt)
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • 1 tbs @viarenorganics golden latte 
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 1 cup almond milk 
  • 1 tbs chia seeds 
  • 2 ½ tbs water 

 

METHOD:

1. Combine water and chia seeds in a small bowl and set aside. 

2. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, add wet ingredients + chia seed mixture and mix well to combine. 

3. Coat pan in vegan butter or olive oil and cook in batches over medium heat.
